I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do? 

Please email me the correct address as soon as you can to [email protected]. For drop-shipped merch, there is normally a 2-5 day window before your order ships to make changes. For stickers and pins, there can be a 1-2 day window based on availability. 


Please note, once your order has shipped I can not change the shipping address nor am I responsible for packages sent to the wrong address through no fault of my own.

What is your return policy? 

Because of the nature of these items, returns are not accepted and all items are final sale, except in the event you have received damaged goods upon arrival. 


Which currencies do you accept?

Currently, only USD ($) is accepted via PAYPAL.


I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it. 

If your order has not been shipped, I am able to cancel your order and refund you your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items to me upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange those items for something else. Package must be in its original state and un-opened/tampered with in order to receive money back for a refund.


How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will automatically receive tracking information to the email that you provided during checkout. 


Payment 

PH16 accepts all payments via Paypal. Please note, this does NOT mean you have to have a paypal account in order to purchase. You will receive a payment receipt after your order is completed. If you have issues checking out please email [email protected] and I may be able to tell you why your payment may not be processing. 


The item I want is out of stock, will it be back soon?

If an item is going to be gone for good, I normally take it down from the website. If something is sold out, it should be back within 2 weeks of appearing sold out.


I am purchasing for a friend and I don't want them to know how much I paid.

Orders of drop-shipped merch normally come with one packaging slip that includes prices of the items purchased. Your confirmation email has this information if you would like it for your own keeping, as well. Stickers and pins do not come with purchase slips of any kind. 


Do you have wholesale pricing?

Since much of the small merch is created before it hits the store's inventory, I can optionally clear out the remaining stock on stickers and pins at a wholesale price. Contact [email protected] for pricing options! Drop-shipped merch is not available for wholesale pricing.
